About 7 pm (today), Tim called and told me a button style battery was dead and the computer was back in service. I couldn't believe how quickly the problem was diagnosed and repaired. The computer works great again. I tell all my friends about this fantastic and necessary business. Chris & Tim, you guys are the best! Thank you for your wonderful business!
