I was back and forth to their office at least 4 times and my computer was not fixed properly. I never got my money back I just gave up dealing with them. They do not seem knowledgable and i went elsewhere. Its disappointing when you pay a lot of money and they do not do everything to fix the problem, they created more of a problem for my computer than it origanally had. I would check around for other places. Sorry!
