  Bought a new house and had them install carpet and vinyl flooring throughout the house Asked to have the flooring finished by Thanksgiving so I could move in and host my family for the holidays They finished the main living area in time then returned after Thanksgiving to finish The carpet installer showed up at 11am then left the property at 230 pm only installing a few sheets of underlayment incorrectly with gaps everywhere Another installer arrived the next day and worked hard to get the job done Unfortunately there were Soo many faults with the installation of both the carpet and vinyl Had to argue for a couple weeks and withhold payment in order to get them to agree to make Corrections They then installed a new vinyl floor But on the 3rd day it was coming up already Attempted to correct a carpet seam but afterwards the seam in a deep pile carpet was still visible I've used this company previously and had awesome results unfortunately this time around they just don't seem to care
